6.5% ABV | An English IPA: On the nose it screams pineappely goodness. On the tongue, the bitterness of the Horizon hops hits you up front, then is mellowed out by the sweet fruitiness of the fresh pineapple. It finishes with the mild and succulent flavor of the Galaxy, Amarillo, and Denali hops that leaves you yearning for more.

7.0% ABV | Farmhouse Ale - Saison: This our twist on a Belgian-Style Saison. It holds that classic Belgian sting you search for in most American Saisons, and ends with a beautifully clean, slightly peppery finish. One of our incredible starter brews.

4.3% ABV | Blonde Ale: Has all of the intangibles you want in a blonde. Mild, light, slightly sweet, and no matter what level of craft drinker you happen to be, you can enjoy this ode to a firefighter's favorite thing (second to saving lives aka being a hero).

5.5% ABV | Brown Ale - American: With loads of whole vanilla beans and roasted malts, the nose on this brown is as beautiful as the Mona Lisa, with the taste equally as gorgeous. The menage trois of chocolate, victory, and caramel malts combine to create a lovechild that will trap you for eternity.

5.5% ABV | Marzen: Maltese version of the classic German fall lager. Enjoy warm, full-bodied maltiness with a pinch of floral noble hop bitterness and a clean, crispy finish. Malty, clean, sweet, crisp, and light bodied.

4.6% ABV | A deeply smooth stout with notes of chocolate, caramel, and a hint of saltiness. No Oyster taste in this stout but would pair well with seafood.

12.0% ABV | Belgian Tripel - This strong, yet refined Belgian classic, is high in ABV but with a surprisingly drinkable body. With subtle fruit esters and hints of coriander and orange peel, this one is sure to please those looking for a traditional Belgian flavor with some strength to back it up.

5.6% ABV | Fruit Beer - Crisp and clean, this hybrid malt beverage drinks like a semi-dry apple cider.

5.0% ABV | Light, bubbly and sweet. We have many syrup flavors, which could be added.

6.0% ABV | Pumpkin/Yam Beer: A perfect combination of pumpkin and seasonal spices to create a malty but balanced beer perfect for the fall season

5.0% ABV | Wheat Beer: Traditional and refreshing. This beer takes you to the beautiful German countryside while never having to leave the states. Subtle banana and bubblegum notes are brought to the forefront with a refreshing wheaty body.

5.7% ABV | Blonde/Golden Ale: Our All-American SMASH beer that is released only on the four holidays that truly matter(Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Veteran’s Day). All-American because it is made with Liberty hops and American malt in the tradition of Uncle Sam. Let this incredible brew battle off commies and win your independent hearts. Light-bodied, smooth, sweet, hoppy, and floral.

6.2% ABV | American IPA - Our "once a year" beer. Brewed to perfection in honor of the brothers and sisters of the fire and EMS services who lost their lives during the tragic events of 9/11. This brew is crafted with honor, respect, dignity, and of course, plenty of Cascade hops.

6.0% ABV | Wheat Beer - A dark German wheat beer that combines the characteristics of a hefeweizen and a Dunkel, featuring a rich malt flavor with notes of banana and clove. You will enjoy this medium body, slightly sweet, wheat beer.

Brewed Soda - A great non-alcoholic root beer which takes you back to the old days, when root beer was thick, sweet, and tasty. The sweetness really shines through, with tastes of vanilla, wintergreen, and molasses. We can also make root beer floats. Come try one today!
