6.5% ABV | An English IPA: On the nose it screams pineappely goodness. On the tongue, the bitterness of the Horizon hops hits you up front, then is mellowed out by the sweet fruitiness of the fresh pineapple. It finishes with the mild and succulent flavor of the Galaxy, Amarillo, and Denali hops that leaves you yearning for more.

7.0% ABV | Farmhouse Ale - Saison: This our twist on a Belgian-Style Saison. It holds that classic Belgian sting you search for in most American Saisons, and ends with a beautifully clean, slightly peppery finish. One of our incredible starter brews.

7.0% ABV |New England IPA: Smooth, hazy, delicious, with juicy grapefruit notes. This "full bodied" IPA comes in a snifter only.

5.0% ABV | Blonde Ale: Has all of the intangibles you want in a blonde. Mild, light, slightly sweet, and no matter what level of craft drinker you happen to be, you can enjoy this ode to a firefighter's favorite thing (second to saving lives aka being a hero).

6.0% ABV | Cream Ale - Delicious and airy, this eminently quaffable light ale has just enough berry and spice to amplify its fruitiness & accentuate its creaminess. You can't have just one!

7% ABV| American IPA: Francis provided this delicious IPA to Maltese after winning the "Home-Brew Contest." It's an American IPA with El Dorado, Simcoe and Amarillo hops.

5% ABV| Gose Sour: Original Gose for Firemen! This beer is a great first step into Goses. It is sweet, sour and salty all at the same time. You will love the tartness that finishes clean and smooth.

4% ABV | Light Pilsner - While this golden pilsner is light on ABV, it is not light on flavor. This is a very drinkable, refreshing light pilsner option.

5.5% ABV | Brown Ale - American: With loads of whole vanilla beans and roasted malts, the nose on this brown is as beautiful as the Mona Lisa, with the taste equally as gorgeous. The menage trois of chocolate, victory, and caramel malts combine to create a lovechild that will trap you for eternity.

4.0% ABV | Sour: Sweet and tart. This sour is served in a snifter and will leave you asking for more. Strawberry takes center stage in this crisp sour.

5.0% ABV | Sour - Berliner Weisse: Dry, tart Berliner Weisse with a champagne feel. Playful, bready, herbal funk hints.
